Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted to consumers by applicable law. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right will prevail.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in a way that infringes rights, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Products and presentation

We take reasonable care to describe and present products accurately. Colours can appear differently on different screens. Natural leather and other materials can show variations in grain, texture and tone; such natural variations are not necessarily defects. Dimensions described as approximate should be understood accordingly.

Sizing and safe use

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate size using the sizing information provided. Please inspect collars, leads, harnesses and accessories regularly for wear, damage or loose hardware and stop using an item if its condition makes continued use unsafe. Products should be used for their intended purpose with appropriate supervision and care.

Orders and purchases

Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. The contract is normally formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, unless we tell you otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Richmond Hound name, branding, original photography, graphics, product presentation, written content and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to access and use the website for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes.

Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify and payment, delivery, analytics or social platforms. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or change website content, products or functionality from time to time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of every website function, but this does not affect obligations arising from an accepted order.
