Terms of Sale
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy goods from Richmond Hound online. The seller is Waleed Asghar, sole trader, trading as Richmond Hound, 43 Edwin Road, Twickenham, TW2 6SP, United Kingdom. Email: waleedsaroya07@gmail.com.
Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, pricing and images are accurate. Natural leather may vary in grain, texture and tone, and screen settings may affect how colours appear. Please review product descriptions, measurements, sizing guidance and personalisation details before ordering.
Prices and payment
The total price and any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout. Taxes will be included or shown as required by law. Payment is taken or authorised using the payment method selected at checkout.
Placing and accepting an order
By submitting an order, you offer to buy the goods shown in your checkout. You will receive an electronic acknowledgement. Unless we tell you otherwise, an order is accepted and the contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.
Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, we cannot deliver to the address provided, we identify an obvious pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment and no amount is lawfully due, the relevant payment will be refunded.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking names, initials, measurements, colours and other instructions submitted for personalised or made-to-specification goods. Once production has begun, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply where the statutory personalised-goods exception applies. Your rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout or in relevant product information. Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law, generally within 30 days after the contract is entered into. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further details.
Ownership and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, subject to applicable law. Ownership passes once the goods have been paid for in full and delivered, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
UK consumers buying online normally have a 14-day cancellation period after delivery and a further 14 days to return goods after notifying us, subject to statutory exceptions such as genuinely personalised goods. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains the process and does not limit statutory rights.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may have statutory remedies including rejection and refund, repair or replacement, or a price reduction depending on the circumstances and timing. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Promotions
Any promotion, discount or offer may be subject to additional clearly stated conditions. Promotions do not reduce statutory consumer rights.
Events outside reasonable control
If performance is delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and communicate material delays. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to delayed delivery, remain unaffected.
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply under law.
